Shipping prices with The Furry Nation: We would love to offer free shipping all the time but unlike some of the big box companies who ship hundreds of packages a day we can’t take on the cost of shipping. Our rates are the negotiatied rates that we receive. We do not make any money on shipping. However you also won’t ever see inflated prices on heavy or large objects to make up for "Free Shipping.” Frozen food shipping will be very reasonable. We take on the cost of extra weight for the extra packaging needed. All you pay for is the weight of the items you purchase.

We do return shipping charges if you were overcharged at checkout.
You will see the exact shipping charges on your final invoice in your package.

You may return unopened and unused products in original, sellable condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund equal to the product amount (not including shipping charges or taxes). You must request a return authorization number by sending an email via our Contact Us page or by calling us at 216-539-8226. Please make sure to indicate your order number if possible, and the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. Please make sure to package the items well. We will not be able to honor credits of merchandise that comes back to us damaged. You may want to insure your package. All items must be reported within the 30 day return policy period. Once you have received your return authorization number, please write it on the outside of the package and send it to:

Raw Food: Please note that for health & safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of frozen raw food. All frozen raw food sales are final. If there is obvious damage to raw food or it's packaging please take a photo of damage and email us within 24 hours. Refunds to Frozen food are at the sole discretion of The Furry Nation on a case by case basis.
Books and Videos: Books may be returned if you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package and the books are returned in like new condition without damage to the spine. Videos may be returned if they are in their original shrink wrap. All items must be returned within the 21 day return policy period.
Canned Food: If returning a partial case of canned food you will only recieve credit for the amount returned in unopened cans based on your original price.
Exchanges: Ordered the wrong size or item? Simply place an order online for the correct item and return any item(s) that you do not want in their original condition following the instructions above.
Refused Delivery: If your order is refused upon delivery and returned to us, we will charge a restocking fee of 10% plus any return shipping charges. If your order is returned to us because of a mistake in the address that was entered by you, we will have to charge you for the return shipping charges (no mail box, no apartment number, moved, etc.)
Cancelled Orders: Please be aware that we often process orders the same day they are placed or the next day, so you may only cancel an order if it has not shipped. Orders packed and ready to ship but that haven't left the building may be canceled minus a $5 restocking fee.
Method of Credit: We will only credit you via the same method of payment used for the order. Credit card credits usually take a couple of days to show up on your account.
Customer Pick Up: If placing your order online, you may choose store pickup and the shipping charges will be zero. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up at the store, which is usually within one business day. Our retail store pickup hours are between 10am-8pm Monday-Friday, 9am-7pm Saturday and 12pm-7pm Sunday. If an order is not picked upwithin 10 days, you may incur a 10% restocking fee.
